Develop in depth with the fact that elementary education reforms successive steps, the teaching material reformation is confined to teaching material text not only content and the personal display the way improvement, exercise also ought to make corresponding innovation judging by course standard , problem opening to the outside world and practice problem among them inscribe a type , reform to their new research course is beneficial to driving as the new course standard proposes energetically and also advantageous to helps us to know the exercise' s function, advantageous to impels under the new curriculum standard the college entrance examination reform .The research object is to open and practice topic, for the sake of the theories foundation that establishment study originally, researcher hard studied the new course standard, studied to relatively the representative's course theories and the study theorieses, such as construction or purchase the doctrine theories and person originally the doctrine theories, the living course theories that pottery goes to know.Hereafter study the exercises function and the general theories of the establishments again, from in the trial induces the invisible function of an exercises and shows the form function, and the first step used for this research. Study the theories hereafter, I carried on to practice, the fulfillment of this research divides two part, one is induce the teaching material part, this research selected by examinations according to new the organic chemistry textbook and original textbooks of the standard establishment of courses carry on the comparison; Two, carries on the teaching practice in the pedagogical specialized undergraduate course four grades students, through theirs sympathy and thecompatibility achieved causes goal which the researcher and the student enhances together.This research to the opening topic from the limits, the establishment principle, the classification and commented the classification aspectto conduct the preliminary study. This research also to practiced the topic from the limits, selectsmaterial, the classification, grades with the limelight has carried onthe preliminary exploration. Through this research, we discovered that, waits for the furtherenhancement to the exercise basic idea, waits for thoroughly to theopening topic research, the practice topic research still needed toaim at the detail.
