By studying this problem, on the basis of analyzing the content, concrete token, academic, history and reality of "people-oriented" ideal, the author expatiates the existent problems and educational significance of "people-oriented" idea of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, discusses the implement and guarantee of "people-oriented" idea that promoting the actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities combining theory with practice.
