Study On Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The Perspective Of "People-oriented"

In the developing of today’s world of economic globalization and the world multi-polarization, China’s reform and development is in a crucial stage and a critical period. With the establishment and constantly improve of the economic system in the socialist market, both people’s thoughts and behaviors and the environment, content, task and object of the ideological and political education have undertaken new characteristics. So the ideological and political education must adapt to the needs of the development of the situation, further study people’s thinking activity of the new situation and invent new methods on ideological and political education. The concept of scientific development is not only the guiding ideology of China’s economic and social development, but also the guide of education development in our country. And the essence of the concept of the scientific development is "people-oriented". With "people-oriented" to guide the job of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, on the one hand, it is good to promote the innovation of ideological and political education concept, and the transition of the innovation of education system、content and methods; on the other hand, it is also beneficial to promote the all-round development of college students, enhancing the comprehensive quality of college students.The main research of this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is preface, which is a basic statement, including research purpose and significance, research status in china and abroad, research logic thoughts and methods，innovation.The second part:firstly is the simple introduction of the ancient Chinese and western bourgeois and the marxist "humanist" thought, and a concrete definition of the "people-oriented" in the modern ideological and political education activities; Secondly, from implementation of the external requirement of the all-round development of college students and improvement of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities these two aspects elaborated the ideological and political education which sticks to "people-oriented".The third part:to make a comprehensive analysis for "people-oriented" in the current situation of the ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities. Taking the folling seven universities, for example, from a variety of teaching methods to inspire the students’ interest in learning, rich extracurricular practice activities to promote the students’ interpersonal communication, humanized service to improve the students’ living environment, positive attention to psychological health problems of college students, closely attention to the cultivation of students’ employment ability these five aspects to analysize the deological and political education activities implementation on "people-oriented". Then from the improvement of education method has not made a breakthrough, students association activities is still in spontaneouss tate, the service consciousness to students has not been fully implemented, college students’ psychological problems have not been timely solved, career guidanceis is still in a state of insufficient coverage to point out the problems of the ideological and political education in the process of implementation "people-oriented". Based on the comprehensive analysis of the ideological and political education embodied in the "people-oriented" and the existing problems of Ideological and political education, and then analyzes the reasons of the problems in the "people-oriented", including the inertia of traditional ideological and political education model, education policy of higher continued enrollment in colleges, the university system is not perfect, the shortage of the fund, the professional quality of educators these five aspects.The fourth part:to put forward the main train of the thoughts of education in colleges and universities which stick to "people-oriented". Under the guidance of "people-oriented", on the basis of analyzing the problems and reasons, puting forward the method of innovative teaching methods to improve students’ rates rise, strengthen the construction of campus culture to increase students’ exchanges opportunity, improve the hardware facilities to meet students’ needs, and carry out mental health education to improve students’ psychological quality, integrate career guidance curriculum to enhance students’ employment practice ability.
