Community Housekeeping Service. Feminist Perspective Of Women's Studies

At the present time women work as the main force in the community service, taking charge community attention and housekeeping work.As female play the importent role in the society,they also get the support from everyone. These female who come from rural areas suffer a lot from finding jobs and losing jobs in the city. As the age grow,their life become harder. Laboring market is changing rapidly which makes great presure on female worker.Maybe the traditional role of women will also interfere with the role of labor force that make themselves more confused and suffered. But at the same time the housekeeping service come into being. As a result it comes with easy employment which make women more comfortable. With many more options to choose, now the female feels more positive and inititive in doing everything. Finally they become independent though every community service they do, and they become more confident wiht taking advantage of new social policy. In fact social conditions affect the female to let them have the ability and power but at the same time they affect the society making it rich and colorful. Community service not only let female economically independent but also emotionally independent ,to enjoy the fresh air of freedom and realize their new identity facing coming opportunities even if more challages.
