Housekeeping brokers is a profession that mainly entrusted by domestic workers and employers and search for domestic workers or employer for each other. At last, they will obtain commission by make a match between domestic workers and employers. The job content mainly include the followings: the recruitment and examine of domestic workers, pre-job training, interview arrangements, signing a contract, conflict mediation, and other subsequent substitutions or termination. Previous studies scholars mostly focus on upgrading the quality of domestic workers and standardizing the housekeeping industry, Groups of domestic workers exist for lower the overall, quality of professionalism needs to be improved, occupational identity and sense of belonging at a low level, strong liquidity and cause confusion in the industry and other issues. They did not propose countermeasures from the perspective of Housekeeping brokers. The Relationship of domestic workers、 employers and housekeeping brokers is inconclusive. The social exchange research has not yet formed a system, which between Housekeeping brokers and domestic workers, between housekeeping brokers and employers.By questionnaire survey for 110 Housekeeping brokers, in Beijing A Housekeeping company. Existential Dilemma of the group of Housekeeping Brokers as follows: low level development of the industry、lower occupational recognition、instability of the team groups、low degree of professionalism and standardization. The professional development of housekeeping brokers needs to be imperatived.In this study, author has carried out a research on housekeeping brokers comprehensive and systematic, through using the social exchange theory. By investigating the relationship between housekeeping brokers development and social exchange theory, carrying on the survey current situation of the development of Housekeeping brokers, integrate the factors of restricting the team development, presented as follows: improve industry standards、with the power to change the traditional concept of public opinion、accelerate the construction of professional brokers.
