Foot Movement Development Present Situation Investigation And Countermeasures Research In Shandong Province

As the fomer elite race walker and current coach and manager of theShandong Province Race walking team, the author want to document the problemsin the team and give some advises to solve them according to his trainingexperience and investation.The provincal race walking team had systamatic training and racing program,however, some athletics had their unique techanical problems. Some had a shorterstep length, some lost so much velocity during walking, some had less ankle powerand some shift to much their head in the vertial direction. The coaches add someunique traing for the walkers to solve their techanical problems.The adolescent race walking training teams can select their athletes duringdifferent criterions. Some problems exist duing the adolescent race walkingtraining. The major problems are the loss of techanical training and the loss ofstematic training. The author gave his own suggentions for them.
