Study On The Quality Education Of Public School Based On The Scientific Outlook On Human Development

By studying The Scientific Outlook on Development and The National Outlinefor Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), theachievement, experience, problem and disadvantage of quality education for morethan20years has been analyzed, the reason of difficulty to carry out qualityeducation has been pursued. The idea of establishing The Scientific Outlook ofHuman Development has been put forward. Opinions and suggestions to improvequality education have been pointed out according to the theory of The ScientificOutlook of Human Development.The outlook of human development is very important to solve the problem ofQuality Education and even all educations. The development of education theoryshould firstly be the development of human development theory. The outlook onhuman comprehensive development has made great contribution to the education ofchina. But, it also has limitations on solving the problem of quality education andneeds to develop and improve. The theory of Scientific Outlook on HumanDevelopment has been pointed out firstly in China according to the ScientificOutlook on Development: putting people first and aiming at comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development, among which, taking human developmentas its essence, putting people first as its core, comprehensive, coordinated andsustainable development as its basic requirement, and overall consideration as itsfundamental approach.The Scientific Outlook of Human Development is the inheritance anddevelopment of Outlook of Human Comprehensive Development, which expandsnot only from inside but also from outside. If the quality education is discussedaccording to Scientific Outlook of Human Development, a lot of new knowledge andunderstanding may be put forward, so that the new theory will be made to solve theproblem of quality education and to improve the quality education. The new conceptof Scientific Outlook of Human Development includes “comprehensive developmentof knowledge, quality, ability and hobby”,“comprehensive development of coreknowledge, core quality and core ability” about comprehensive development;“power improvement, intension development, strategy planning” about sustainabledevelopment;“everything for people as purpose, everything depending on peopleas approach” about putting people first, and so on.The problems of quality education are studied according to the theory of Scientific Outlook on Human Development. And new concepts are pointed out thatthe destination of quality education is to promote scientific development of people,quality education is the education of long-term profit for people, is the morecomplicated education and more difficult to control, and asks more ability foreducators. This paper opens up a wider area for further research of quality education.Several important problems about quality education have been deeply discussedaccording to the theory of Scientific Outlook of Human Development, includingstudying,“alleviating extra burden on students”, self-education and family-education.Study is the main task of quality education, and also quality education is good forsustainable development, so quality education is good at improving the score ofcollege entrance examination.“Alleviating extra burden on students” is the key toquality education, and the purpose of “alleviating extra burden on students” is toassure the reasonable burden for students. Self-education of students is the core ofquality education, and the key approach to improve the effect of education is the wayto trigger the self-education of students. Family education is the very importantaspect of quality education, and the basic condition to improve family-education isto scientificly determine the function of family-education and to heighten theeducation ability of parents.
