Xu Teli(1877—1968) is the proletariat revolutionary ,educationalist of our country. From 19 century's ends to the 20th century 60's, he became a teacher from a village to "the Chang Sha king" of the educational circles, from the education founder of the Jiangxi central Chinese Soviet areas times, the educational organizer of the Yan'an times to the educational pioneer of socialism times, was engaged in the educational work to amount to for more than 70 years. In its long-term educational fundamental researches and the educational practices, he earnestly summarized and has derived our country ancient times as well as the foreign educational theory. He has explained own opinion in view of each historical period teaching reality, and formed his rich and profound education thought. Although these thought were produce in the specific historical environment, has the bright time characteristic, but its essence actually also has the ultra historicity, until now still was glittering the wisdom ray, displayed the formidable vitality.This article takes the Chinese educational thought of Xu Teli as the research object, synthesizes using the system approach, the explanation study method, the value discusses the method, the comparison method, to scatter viewpoints of Chinese education in the works and the articles of Xu Teli, then carries on them systemly, systematically explains the goal views, discipline aspect views, teaching material views, teaching views, appraisal views as well as teacher accomplishment views of Chinese educational thought of Xu Teli.
