Purpose:The tumor is one of the most deathful disease that threaten mankind's health . People have been concentrated on the research that conquer tumor for a long time, but till now none of a valid method has been found. So in recent years a concept that to be lived with tumor was put forward, which means that to have a high quality life and to prolong Tumor sufferer's life. So how to raise the quality life and how to prolong the tumor sufferer's life has been the focus of the problem .to get the best combination plan of exercise and vitamin supplying. In this article the author supply vitamin C,E to mice of S-180 tumor-model and make them swimming, the author observe carefully mice's lifespan and the change in the content of TNF-α,IL-2,in order to explore weather exercise and vitamin supplying can prolong mice's lifespan and its possible mechanism.Methods:Orthogonal design (L9(33)) was used to observe the effects on mice's lifespan and the change of the content of TNF-α,IL-2 in blood serum ,of the different combination plans of vitamin C , vitamin E:VC:0,500,1000(mg/kg),VE:0,50,100(mg/kg)and two exercise plans, which are decreased successively in time .planⅠ:quarter of the time of exhaustive swimming every other day and days of life,Ⅱ: half of the time of exhaustive swimming every other day and days of life.Firt,72 tumor mice (Balb/c) were divided into 9 groups randomly ,8 mice each group,5 to 7 days later after inoculation, the author make the mice swimming as a adaptable training ,and on the 8th day the mice were oral administered by different dose combination of vitamin C , vitamin E and engaged in swimming exercise. On the 40th day 3 mice were executed each group, the content of TNF-α,IL-2 in blood serum in the method of radioimmunoassay(RIA) was measured and the tumor cell apoptosis index and proliferation index was detected by flow cytometry. Other mice were left to go on carrying experiment ,observe their lifespan.Results:1,combination plan of exerciseⅡ,VC500mg/kg and VE50mg/kg was the best on the longest lifespan.2,combination plan of exerciseⅠ,VE100 mg/kg and VC50mg/kg was the best on the most content of TNF-α,IL-2.3,combination plan of exerciseⅠ, VE50mg/kg and VC0mg/kg was the best on the promoting the cancer cell apoptosis.4,combination plan of VC0mg/kg and VE100mg/kg no swim was the best on the promoting the cancer cell proliferation.Conclusion:1,the combination effects of appropriate swimming , supplying vitamin C and vitamin E can prolong the lifespan of tumor mice.2,the article pointed out that proper exercise was the most important effect relatively.3,the mechanism of combination of vitamin C and vitamin E and appropriate swimming on tumor maybe that they increase the content of TNF-α,IL-2 in blood serum.4,combination of vitamin C and vitamin E and appropriate swimming can promote cancer cell apoptosis and restrain cell proliferation, which could prolong life of the mice.
