First of all, the paper analyzes all kinds of behavior which can show profession interest, including choosing elective, minoring, lending books, browsing the web and downloading and the other behavior. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current data of educational administration system, library administration system. Then, the paper set a prototype mode of student' profession interest by combining the behavior and data. Thirdly, extracting the data of professional courses ,electives, achievement, book circulation, literature visiting and order from the educational administration system and library administration system, designs a data warehouse of student' s profession interesting which is a compositive and analytical environment, attempts to optimize the profession interesting mode by mining the data which use multiple linear regression.The mined knowledge can help supervisors make decision in the management of profession change and reform the education system in the credit system.
