Huaihai Institute Of Teaching Based On The Standard Of Iso9000 Quality Management System Study

Teaching quality is the lifeline of universities and unimproving teaching quality is one of the eternal subjects which universities manages. At present, higher education must improves the teaching quality if its development truly satisfies the social demand, truly has the international competitive power while expanding the scale of students. ISO9000 family standards was born in 1987. After unceasing revising, it has a better scientific nature, extensibility and suitability. Because of its rich connotation, ISO9000 standards can also be used in the educational field. The purpose for introducting the ISO9000 standards to the universities is using its advanced quality idea to rich and perfect quality management theory, standard the quality management, then promoting the teaching quality.This paper tries to introduce ISO9000 standards to higher education by following the internal rules of higher education and applying the advanced theories, principles and methods, to learn from the total quality management thoughts, ISO9000 standards, business process reengineering theories, the advanced domesticand international teaching valuation method, to set up the higher educational quality management system by applying these advanced theories, techniques and methods of quality management, to make the teaching quality management system have a solid theorietical foundation.The paper, by means of analyzing the existing teaching quality management system of Huaihai Institute of Technology, points out the main problems in the system. It also attempts to establish a teaching quality management system based on the IS09000 standards, discusses the organic combination of undergraduate education evaluation and quality management system to reform traditional idea and mode of teaching quality management and set up a teaching quality management system adapting to the current internationalization and popularization of higher education. It tries to estabish a easy operating higher education quality management system standards mode and document control system according with the law of higher education, the law of man's development and ISO9000 standards to standardize the education quality management systemand promote the teaching quality and competitiveness of the Institute.
