Class is the cell of a school. It is not only the primary unit in which school educational and teaching work is conducted, but also the basic unit where students' study and activities take place. Therefore, strengthening class construction and management is of great importance to the development of students in all-round ways. At present, under the background of construction of harmonious society, to construct the harmonious class is the new pursuit in class construction and management in middle schools.Harmonious class means the harmonious development of every individual in the class, the harmonious relationship between students and students,teachers and students and harmonious environment all around. It is a clss which is democratic managed, strict in discipline , lively and has neat and tidy environment, a class in which everyone is united and helpful ,being treated fairly and equally. Constructing a harmonious class is the urgent need of the students' development as well as the intrinsic requirement of the building of the harmonious society. It is good for the construction of harmonious campus, harmonious family and the construction of harmonious neighborhood. To construct the harmonious class, the principles of students orientation, positive inspiration and systematic coordination must be adhered to .To construct the harmonious class and promote the development of all the students, practical measures must be taken , techniques of class construction and management must be improved and innovated.
