The education domain of teacher's teaching reflection became gradually a domestic and foreign hot spot. Not only the majority of researches lack in-depth discussion of teaching reflection value, and has the very big erroneous zone to the teaching reflection, but also has the very big capriciousness to reflection of the validity at discretion. At the view of philosophy,psychology and sociology researching teaching reflection, and proving the rationality and the necessity of teaching reflection, the author answer some questions based on the points mentioned above.In order to inspect teacher's teaching reflection in real condition, the author enter classrooms with the participate-in-observe and the questionnaire enumeration method to research the case and the reality and penetrate into other aspects lives of teachers'. Based on the points and analysing the condition factors of teaching reflection, the author expect to propose the effective teaching reflection strategy for teacher daily life . Carrying on the view of dynamic analysis, the author also proposed the effective standards as well as the relations between effectiveness and efficiency.Finally, attempting to propose truly some effective reflection strategys which promote the teacher' s growing, the author hope to become teaching reflection to teacher's custom truly. So this can provides the effective mentalities that promote school to found the advantageous environment for teachers' growing, and promotes the localization of effective teaching reflection.
