This study is a case study for kindergarten teachers' professional life. The study takes method of qualitative study. A teacher of kindergarten is selected as case study subject. On basis of deep description of the teacher's professional life history, thorough and in depth analysis of factors that affecting her professional development is conducted. In particular, the study emphasized professional develop in process of mutual acting between individual and environment.Per analysis of original information, the researcher divided professional development of the studied subject into 5 stages: pre-occupation education, fresh professional and adaptive, mature and competence, change and waving around, leader and management. The professional life of the teacher is described in a comprehensive way, fully shows professional developing history of a teacher of kindergarten.From 2 angles of individual nature and mutual influence of the individual and environment, the researcher explored main factors that affect the teacher's profession development. First, the researcher analyzed the individual nature showed on two levels of the subjective in professional life: professional development of individual guided by the subject, and professional development in environment of mutual acting between individual and environment; secondly, the researcher analyzed factors that affect his professional development from angle of mutual acting between the individual and environment. The researcher summarized the subjective teacher's professional development as: proactive in good situation, sustain self attitude under negative cases, strive to develop creatively when get development opportunities and conditions, strong senses of self development from beginning to the end.Finally, the researcher reviewed the study from points of research validity, moral and ethics, and inadequacies of the research results.
