The women managers are increasingly becoming an important force in the universities along with the society' s progress and the idea transformation. But there is still a big disparity between the women' s status and the man. To mention the women' s status in the universities from the unfair phenomenon from the feminism perspective is conductive to a better understanding of women managers, the re-defintion of sex location, obtain the status they should have, and on the other hand, it helps to continue thinking deeply to the educational management theory and the practice.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part introduces the question proposes, the research goal and the research content. The second part points out the women managers' status present situation in the universities. Women managers with formerly compared have got certain discourse power, but on the population proportion and assignment, words criterion, wish expression we may see their words power is still not fully realized. Under the present situation of managers are maily by male, the women have their own unique experience an idea, have to face more role conflict, and they obtain the corresponding public appraisal by the unique experiences and matters.The third part analyzes the reaons for the weak position of women, including women themselves, the social traditional culture, the organization system, in which deeply rooted reasons lay in the social tradition culture and the organization system. The fourth part explains that the women managers also have the superiority in the management, on the reason analysis of the third part I proposed improving the women quality, transformating social tradition culture, consummating the organization system to improve the women managers' status condition, and this inspires we must use the multiple perspectives to analyze and consummate the education administration theory and the practice.
