The education idea of Humanism psychology has exerted very big impact on the teacher-oriented education idea, and has obtained the positive result in the concrete pratisce in West civic education .In our country, the ultimate objective of university's ideological and political education is to promote students' full scale development, which has the common place with the human-oriented humanism psychology. At present, our university's ideological and political education cannot cause student's sympathetic chord, cannot achieve the anticipated education effect. The reason is various, but the most basic reason is that our university's ideological and political education has neglected the humanity concern to students, lacked the students—oriented education idea. Therefore, it's necessary to introduce the humanism psychology education idea to our current university's ideological and political education. It is the inevitable choice to enhance the valid of university's ideological and political education. It is also the inevitable request for the reality in our university's ideological and political education. The combination of the two education ideas bases on cultivating student's perfect personality, displaying their independence. This kind of effective combination has not only indicated the direction, found the practical and feasible method for the current university's ideological and political education work, but also strengthened student's independent consciousness, sped up student's socialization advancement.This thesis finally pointed out that, in pratice, humanism education idea must unify with our country's education circumstances, to prevent from appearing the tendency of the extreme individual freedom principle.
