Under the background of basic education curriculum reform and teacherprofessional development, the education level in our country is improving continuallyso that teachers’ professional quality has attracted more attention. The studentsmajoring in the ideological and political education can perfect the ideological andmoral quality of themselves and others in practice. It is the original intention and a toppriority to attach practice and constantly improve the professional quality of normalstudents. It also can lay the foundation for their future professional development. Asan innovative mode of the student teaching practice, the full-time teaching practiceprovide moral teachers’ professional situation for normal students in which they canunderstand the moral education and actively realize the "I" in the profession and in thework. Therefore, it is a subject full of modern sense on the research of the full-timeteaching practice for normal students majoring in the ideological and politicaleducation. At the same time, it makes the research of targeted and reveals thetheoretical and practical significance from the analytical perspective on the theory ofteacher professional developmentThis paper is divided into five parts.The first part: introduction. Firstly, this part introduces the research reasons, anddiscusses the practical and theoretical significance of the research; Secondly, itanalyzes the general situation of the research on the student teaching practice(including the full-time teaching practice) by the study both at home and abroad; Thirdly, it talks about the methods used in the process of writing, the place ofinnovation and the insufficiency.The second part: the overview of teacher professional development and thefull-time teaching practice for normal students majoring in the ideological andpolitical education. Based on the theoretical basis, this paper firstly interprets theconnotation of teacher professional development, expounds the significance of teacherprofessional development, and discusses the relationship between teacher professionaldevelopment and the full-time teaching practice; Secondly, it makes a detailinterpretation for the student teaching practice and the full-time teaching practice, andanalyzes the logic relationship between them; Thirdly, based on the content theory, itdiscusses the necessity of the full-time teaching practice for normal students majoringin the ideological and political education in detail.The third part: the status of the full-time teaching practice for normal studentsmajoring in the ideological and political education. Firstly, this section analyzes theefficiency for normal university, practice school, educational object and interns by thefull-time teaching practice for normal students majoring in the ideological andpolitical education; Secondly, it evaluates the full-time teaching practice for normalstudents majoring in the ideological and political education. Thirdly, it analyzes theproblems of the full-time teaching practice in detail, and the problems are divided intoseveral pieces.The fourth part: the causes of the problems on the full-time teaching practice fornormal students majoring in the ideological and political education. Based on theeffective use of research methods, especially questionnaire and interview from thedepth and breadth, the author discusses the causes of the problems on the full-timeteaching practice from four aspects of "ideological cognition","practice","management system","external environment".The fifth part: the solutions of the problems on the full-time teaching practice fornormal students majoring in the ideological and political education. Firstly, it needscorrect consciousness to guide the professional development of interns. Secondly,optimizing the practice and cultivating could lay the foundation for professional quality development of interns. Thirdly, it can perfect the management system toensure the full-time teaching practice to work effectively. Fourthly, paying attention toenvironment construction can strengthen attitude of the interns on professionaldevelopment.
