In order to help people to comprehend and practice cooperation spirit, some problems of cooperation spirit are studied.In order to answer " What is the cooperation spirit of college students", the connotation has been studied. It contains cooperation intention, cooperation ability, cooperation action and cooperation morality.In order to answer "why is the cooperation spirit of college students cultivated" , realistic requests have been discussed.
