Study On The Lack And Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students’ Humanistic Spirit

The connotation of "humanistic spirit" of contemporary college students mainly means that college students should have a complete knowledge system,correct values and healthy psychological state.This connotation not only refers to the "contemporary meaning" of the concept of human spirit,but also embodies the highest ideal pursuit of "free and comprehensive development" in the way of "the spirit of the times".However,at present has appeared a series of phenomena of college students lack humanistic spirit,such as the practical tendency part of college students’ performance in learning knowledge,due to the lack of complete knowledge system;some college students showed a utilitarian tendency in values,which formed the wrong values;some students appear different the extent of the problem in the psychological state,even suffering from serious mental disease.The above phenomena show that the lack of humanistic spirit of college students is a serious social problem.When we face the problem of analysis of its reason,you will find:the lack of humanistic spirit in college students from the knowledge system is not complete in the main pattern of higher education by excessive heavy practical,light training leads to lack of college students;humane spirit of God by values is not correct.It is mainly caused by the negative effects market economy;the lack of humanistic spirit in college students caused by unhealthy psychological state,is caused by the individual,employment and emotional factors.In view of the above reasons,we need to formulate corresponding measures to cultivate the humanistic spirit of college students.This kind of action is specific:first,in view of the problem of incomplete knowledge system of some college students,we should reshape the educational model of Contemporary Colleges and universities.Such as setting up the reform of higher school existing disciplines,part of the curriculum setting,improve teaching of humanities knowledge,for students to create a campus culture and campus environment with humanistic spirit;secondly,on the part of College Students’ values do not correct the problem,to strengthen the values of contemporary college students’ education.Such as strengthen ideological and political education work in the field of values education targeted,use the Internet and mass media to spread the students the correct values,using a variety of ways to enhance college students’ humanistic knowledge to help it withstand the adverse effects of value;thirdly,according to the part of the students there are various types of mental disorders the problem,individual,family,advocate students to start college and social cooperation,collaborative solution.If I want to improve college students’ self-cognitive ability,enhance self-confidence and master interpersonal skills,family,school and society to help students do the occupation planning,to help ease the employment pressure,but also to help them establish a correct outlook on love,clear emotional and academic right relationship.Of course,on the establishment of contemporary college students’ humanistic spirit cultivation measures the difficulty of the work,we should also be estimated,it cannot be completed overnight,because it requires not only the community to work together,and is likely to require the unremitting efforts of several generations can be achieved.This requires us to see it as a lofty ideal goal,and to make unremitting efforts and strive for it.
