Folk Music Activities In Junior High School Students In The Cultivation Of The Spirit Of Cooperation

This thesis studies the cultivation of cooperative spirit for Chineseorchestra activities in junior high schools.Cooperation is an apparent and inexorable trend in today’s society.Many people have begun to realize that ability to cooperate is evenmore important than knowledge, and cooperative spirit is an importantand indispensable quality for students to achieve future development,adapt to society and have a foothold in society. A school is actuallysociety in microcosm. Nowadays as individuality education isincreasingly emphasized, it is rather important to cultivate cooperativeconsciousness and capability of junior high school students in attendingChinese orchestra rehearsal, because the orchestra members willbecome a new force in the future. We shall not overlook the cultivationof their quality and ability for coordinating and getting along with otherpeople after leaving school.To survive the social competition and grow up, the Chineseorchestra of junior high school needs not only competitive spirit, but alsocooperative spirit. Based on theory of cooperative spirit and its researchresults, the thesis employs questionnaire survey to carry out research oncooperative spirit of the Chinese orchestra members of Liaoyang HighSchool and status of the related cultivation, make analysis on causes forthe lack of cooperative spirit during orchestra rehearsal, and putforward suggestion on cultivation of cooperative spirit during Chineseorchestra rehearsal of junior high school in a well-targeted manneraccording to research findings.
