At present, China is implementing a comprehensive quality education in the historical period of reform, cultivating the spirit of innovation and practical ability of students has become the focus of basic education. More and more people are paying attention to the basic education as an important part of high school physical education. The paper is based on the problem of teaching theory, theory of constructivism, theory of Dewey's pragmatism, mixed with other related knowledge, in light of my own teaching experience in the use of pedagogy, psychology knowledge to create high school physics "problem-- practical" teaching model. This teaching model uses "practice" throughout the whole teaching activity -- from students'participating in the practice of life and searching for knowledge and information, to the classroom demonstration, students experiment, and then the small after-school experiment, exercise, study topics for practice, and so on. With"problem"the core of teaching-- mainly in classroom teaching students ask questions, teachers teach them on the issue of students. Teachers and students are in the multi-level exchanges so that students can ask questions solve problems in practice, and acquire new skills. Students in the course of their own initiative to solve the problem of building knowledge system and learning method, not only to acquire knowledge, but also to develop their own scientific exploration and thinking abilities. After a year of this teaching model experiment, comparing experimental classes and contrasted classes psychological control and class results through scientific analysis to reach definitive conclusions.
