In modern Chinese society, reading has become essential to meet the community's needs. Restricting high school students to read their language knowledge and ability to direct the formation and improve language skills. This article has first analyzed the teaching present situation of the current high school student's language classroom reading .then according to the new teaching idea and the advanced study psychology theory which "Ordinary High school New Curriculum Standard" center determined, which has carried on the bold reform to the language classroom reading teaching, positive initiative: Takes student's in reading process main body, the classroom reading teaching promotes student's self- development, the establishment free harmonious atmosphere of classroom reading teaching, on the basis of different literary style, we utilizes each reading method to carry on the training and so on. At the same time, highly taking the outside reading activity, thinking the outside reading activity is the important constituent of the teaching. According to the outside present reading situation and to the student outside reading investigation, carries on the instruction with a clear goal: Formulation minute stage reading quantity; According to the student's reading demand, pay more attention to the literature style; Relieve student's reading difficulty; Introduce each reading method; Weigh student's reading quality; Promote student's reading level, cause the classroom reading teaching and the outside reading into enhancement reading ability is inalienable two links, they are complement one another. Only employing two methods to achieve one goal, can quickly sharpen student's reading ability, let the student truly achieve "obtain knowledge in class while benefit extracurricular after class".
