Ideological And Political Education Methods For Innovative Research

The ideological and political education has always been the primary content in the university education. It plays an important role in stabilizing the situation and in solidarity and cohesion within the people. The central committee of CPC and the State Council promulgated"The Opinion on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education for Undergraduates"in October 2004. The"Opinion"pointed out that the university students are very valuable human resource, they are the hope of the nation and the future of our country. It is very significant to strengthen and improve the university ideological and political education. On January 17th and 18th, 2005,"Meeting about Strengthening and Improving the University Ideological and Political Education"was held at Beijing. It embodied that the central committee of CPC with President Hu Jintao as the core attached importance to the university students and showed their concern to the student's ideological and political education. On March 15th, 2006, at the Fourth Session of the Tenth NPC, Premier Wen Jiabao delivering the work report of the government and he emphasized the construction of social culture. Accomplishment of the faith education and especially of the ideological and political education of the younga people not only requests to innovate the university ideological and political education but gives us guide meanwhile.The innovation of the university ideological and political education becomes a new task for the university education. In the new system of the ideological and political education, the innovation of the educational method becomes more important, which decides and restricts the realization and effectiveness of the university ideological and political education. We should keep the conception of the effectiveness in mind whatever we do; therefore the effectiveness of the university ideological and political education must be attached importance to. The effectiveness of the university ideological and political education is the direct and ultimate aim; meanwhile it is the start and the end-result of the ideological and political education. The method plays the key role in point of the university ideological and political education. This paper, under the guidance of the"Opinion", aims at the strengthening the effectiveness of the university ideological and political education, explores the approaches and methods of the ideological and political education which accord with the development of the university students and the request of our education content. This paper, combines with the characteristics of the times, discovers the approaches and methods with high effectiveness and pertinence which can be easily operated on the basis of the former ideological and political education methodology and meanwhile it puts forward new requirement for the university ideological and political education. It provides some reference for the comprehensive qualities for the university students and some assistance for the workers of university ideological and political education.This paper consists of three parts:Part one: expatiation of the connotation of the method innovation of the university ideological and political education and the analysis of the meaning of the method innovation. The approach of innovation consists of setting up the ideological and political education system, enriching the education activities in the classroom, developing the social practice and reinforcing the construction of the campus culture.
