With the acceleration of the process of teacher's professionalization education reform has entered a crucial stage. The professional quality and competence of the teachers are increasingly high requirements. How to high-effeciently build a high-quality team of teachers to meet the needs of the new curriculum reform is put in front of us, need to consider and solve the important question.Outside professional education and training of teachers in primary and secondary schools have been unable to meet the demand of teachers'professional development. Nor is it possible to fundamentally realize the overall teachers'professional development. Teacher's autonomously professional development is the inevitable path for the teacher's professional development. It is also the inevitable demand and trend of international teacher education and our country's new curriculum reform . To Study the theory and practical strategies of teachers has great practical significance.Teachers should seek autonomously professional development with the direction and driving of self-awareness, Fully play the teacher's main role in the professional development, make teachers Obtain effcient Sustainable professional development. Basing on narration the domestic and foreign theories about teacher's autonomously professional development ,This article sums up the concept and content of teacher's autonomously professional development . Provide a goal to cultivate Teachers who can autonomously develop . Analyse a series of problems existing in our teacher's autonomously professional development: The awareness of teacher's autonomously development,Research awareness and ability,Awareness and ability to exploring curriculum resources are all relatively weak, Lacking of evaluation mechanism to motivate teacher's autonomous development and Fetters to teacher's autonomous development from traditional culture .Exploring the underlying reasons, providing internal and external strategy which can benefit teacher's autonomous development. The internal strategy based on teachers themselves are: Set a plan of teacher's autonomous development,Practice reflection,Explore and write instruction cases,Education research and explore curriculum resources. External strategys are: Protect and ensure teacher's professional autonomy right,Implement evaluating strategy who can promote teacher's development and reconstruction teacher's culture.
