The classroom instructional behavior is the key factor in affecting classroom learning-teaching effect. In vocational secondary schools, the students'bad actions and the teachers'problem behaviors are the crucial issues to puzzle the development of the vocational education; Although some vocational schools have rapidly developments in reform of the curriculum and instructional, most of the schools pay much attentions to the design of the curriculum schemes, the structure of instructional model and the use of new teaching method, so the studies of the classroom instructional behaviors have not been given more cares, which usually have been ignored in classroom instructional reform .In the vocational secondary schools, the classroom instruction is glutted with the traditional and conventional behaviors that have been seriously affecting the instructional effect, so how to optimize classroom instructional behavior is a both academic and actual problem. In view of it, on the basis of the investigation of the actuality of classroom instructional behavior, this study conducts a systemic study of this issue, through theory researching problem analyzing the author raises some optimized strategies.This study consists of five sections, main contents are as follows:The fist chapter: Introduction. It illustrates the importance of the study, the summarize of the studying of classroom instructional behaviors, the sequence of thought and the methods of the study.The second chapter: theoretical researching in classroom instructional behaviors, it defines some correlated concepts, and inquires into the theoretical basis of the study. The third chapter: investigation into the present situation of classroom instructional behavior in vocational secondary schools. it concludes: the investigation into present condition of classroom instructional behavior , the analyzing and discussing of the questionnaire result and the problem of the two mainstay of the classroom instructional behavior。The fourth chapter: the analyzing of the problem behaviors of the teachers in present classroom. On this problem, analyzing the factor in affecting the teachers'behaviors in classroom or out classroom.The fifth chapter: approaching optimized strategies of teachers'behaviors in classroom instructional. On the basis of the cause analyzing of the teachers'problems behaviors in classroom, particular optimized strategies have been brought forward.
