Classroom instruction behavior is an etemal topic in the research of education. Since it had the teaching activity, the humanity has been inquiring into the instruction behavior all the time.The teacher classroom instruction behavior remolding and promoting is very important for the implement of the new curriculum idea, which promote teaching.In the elementary education transformation, Under the new curriculum idea instruction information teaching has brought diverse and the combination teaching behaviors. When the teacher is giving a class, he will implement a set of instruction behaviors, which appear in turn.Faced with request of the new curriculum standard and the information technology-based environment, many novice teachers don't know what to do, what should do in the classroom instruction. Therefore, study on the teacher classroom behaviors in the information technology-based environment is of great importance in the theory aspect and practice aspect.In this research, literature methodology, classroom observation and content analysis methods are included.Through literature analysis and the synthesis, on the basis of the overview of research about the instruction behavior home and abroad and the instructional theory,behavior science,teaching theory based on the information technology, the essence of the instruction behavior was inquired into. After that, instruction behavior list in the information technology-based environment was designed through induction.In this foundation, a research assistant and the author carded on the classroom observation in 60 lesson cases formally for this research object for collecting the behavior data. Then the author processed the correlation data and compared six kinds of teachers' classroom instruction behavior from different dimensions. After that behavior structure and behavior combination in the information technology-based environment can be received.Through the research, the following conclusions were drawn:1st, essence of the instruction behavior in the information technology-based environment was indicated, that is instruction behavior connotation and extension in the information technology-based environment. The connotation of the instruction behavior in the information technology-based environment is that the behavior in the research is explicit. It refers to the service for teaching which provided by the teacher through different kinds of teaching media. It includes six kinds of behavior: the interacting instruction behavior, presenting behavior, demonstrating behavior, operating equipment behavior, organizing activity behavior, delivering behavior.2nd, the interacting instruction behavior appeared most frequently, comparing with other five kinds behavior, but the different grade made the intensity different.3rd, different sex, different teaching environment, different grade, different subject, different situation and the different period in a lesson made the instruction behaviors different.Finally, the structure and the characteristic of the classroom instruction behavior in the current excellent information-based classroom instruction were indicated, and six kinds of instruction behaviors and their characteristic and rules were summarized.
