School Management System Design And Development

The traditional methods and approaches of students' official fileadministration have not completely met developing requirement as the fulldevelopment of computer technology and the education system reform. Itlimits the working efficiency of students' administration. Nowadaysschool administrative mode requires improve the working of educationaladministration to promote the traditional administrative mode, thus oneitem of school educational administration is sciential administrationapplying modern technology.This paper mainly state the whole developing process of students'official file administration and draw on imagery chart to illustrate thefront stage developing and the behind stage designing of database and howto come true the code. There are four part of this thesis: the analysisof system designing needs, the choice of system designing instrument, thedesigning of system structure and major function component. This systemadopts Internet technique, applies B/S(Browser/Server)mode, utilizes ASPand JavaScript for developing program, chooses Acess2003 as the behindstage database, and efficient webpage creating software Dreamweaver,FLASH. This system includes four function component: students informationmanagement, grades management, examination management and customermanagement. It can achieve add/modify/delete students information,examination grades and information, of course also includesadd/modify/delete examination courses and customer information. At thesame time, this system can automatically count the total grades and rankaccording the results of count smoothly. There are general explain aboutthe main developing instrument and main statement on the major systemfunction component applying according the system designing.
