Research And Analysis On The Student Archives System Of Wenhua College In Yunnan Art Institute

The thesis introduces the background, the program significance, the current research and the application status of Wenhua Art Institute’s Students Archives Management System.(SAMS).The meaning of the thesis is clear about theresearch content and major work.In the analysis of SAMS’s operation, This thesis analyses thecharacteristics, the present situation, existing problems, program structure andinitial routines of the SAMS, and provides the improvement of the operation mode what according to the need of the work in the actual operation and the other excellent system of the same type.In the analysis of the SAMS’s function, thesis by analyzing cases and use case description,from the management of new file document, file added, graduates archives, file changes, files using, essential information these six modules to clear about the function of the student file system. Gives the package diagram what SAMS’s overall functions and the sub-functions. These capabilities include the original file management, archives file, establishes archives catalog number, supplement file parameter Settings, the archives information input, graduates archive establishment, graduates files sent, file change application, file change apply for examination and approval, file processing, file query, archives library, student information management, teacher information management, department of information management, etc. In the data analysis of the SAMS, thesis on the system each function needed for processing data are analyzed and the research of entity class diagram is given, and established the database table structure. Finally, thesis summarizes the research and analysis, and the further work were also discussed.Wenhua Art Institute is not yet set up their own management system what in the student file management. So, purpose of this article is to hope that through study and analysis of the student file system, to achieve better service to the Wenhua Art Institute and students, improve work efficiency and Ability.
