In recent years, Psychological Contract and Turnover Intention became populartopics in the western Organization Behavior and the Human Resources Managementfield, which have already caused the research interest of our scholars. This research,on the base of commenting relevant concepts, theories and current situation at homeand abroad of Psychological Contract and Turnover Intention, we selected theuniversity students staffs who have already graduated in 1-5 years as the researchobject and built the model. Then, we revised the questionnaires which wereestablished by other scholars, investigated 206 university students staffs in 4 variousindustries and analyzed by SPSS. The main research conclusions were as follows:First, Psychological Contract Questionnaire and Turnover IntentionQuestionnaire which we used all have the good reliability and validity;Second, in Psychological Contract and Turnover Intention various latitudes, thesex only has the significance difference in Development Chance and AppreciationTendency; the marital status only has the significance difference in ContentmentTendency and Turnover Tendency; the education level only has the significancedifference in Development Chance and Contentment Tendency; in this company jobseniority only has the significance difference in Appreciation Tendency and TurnoverTendency; the work nature only has the significance difference in DevelopmentChance, Material Encouragement and Environment Support; the industries of thecompany only has the significance difference in Material Encouragement andTurnover Tendency; the company category only has the significance difference inEnvironment Support, Contentment Tendency and Turnover Tendency;Third, Development Chance and Material Encouragement have remarkablepositive correlation with Contentment Tendency, and have remarkable inversecorrelation with Turnover Tendency, but have no correlation with AppreciationTendency; Environment Support have remarkable positive correlation withContentment Tendency and Appreciation Tendency, but have remarkable inversecorrelation with Turnover Tendency.Finally, according to the result of research, we offered several pieces ofsuggestion for enterprise's administrators to how to manage these university studentsstaffs well.
