With the rapid development of China's education in recent years,all kinds of tutoring classes are springing up like mushrooms in people's life.Compared with our traditional school teachers,the training teachers in tutoring institutions need to prepare lessons in daily work and to sell themselves and deal with some complaints,etc.However,at present,most tutoring institutions lack a perfect management system,which leads to the frequent dimission of the training teachers in the industry.On the basis of fully referring to domestic and foreign scholars' researches on psychological contract and turnover intention,this paper,from the perspective of psychological contract,refers to the psychological contract scale and turnover intention scale designed by previous scholars,and designs a survey measurement scale suitable for this study based on the characteristics of teachers.Secondly,285 training teachers of H education group were taken as the research object,data were collected through online and offline surveys,and SPSS18.0 software was used to analyze the data results to obtain the relationship between the psychological contract of training teachers and turnover intention.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: due to different individual characteristic variables,the training teachers have significant differences in the perception of psychological contract;The three dimensions of the training teachers' psychological contract are significantly negatively correlated with the turnover intention,and among the three dimensions of the psychological contract,the developmental psychological contract has a greater impact on the turnover intention of the training teachers.Finally,based on the conclusion of theoretical and empirical research,this paper puts forward a series of management countermeasures and Suggestions: to reduce the turnover tendency of trained teachers by implementing career planning to achieve developmental psychological contract,creating a good working atmosphere,maintaining reasonable working intensity,and implementing dynamic management of psychological contract.
