Special education teachers are a special group.Faced with a special group of children every day,they should take care of every student's life in addition to the tedious teaching work.If the school can't adjust the teachers psychological state in time,it will easily lead to the low degree of fulfillment of special education teachers' psychological contract and the decrease of job satisfaction,which will eventually lead to teachers turnover tendency.Psychological contract is an important factor in teacher management.Faced with the loss of special education teachers,we should strengthen the management of teachers,improve work efficiency and reduce the loss of teachers.So what is the relationship between psychological contract and turnover intention of special education teachers at this stage? What is the relationship between the two variables? How to reduce the turnover intent.This paper first combs the relevant literature about psychological contract and turnover intention at home and abroad;secondly,defines the variables involved in this study;secondly,according to the research purpose,compiles the special education teachers psychological contract scale,and draws lessons from Wei shu hua's teacher turnover intention scale,through the two ways of "Questionnaire Star" online issuing questionnaires and paper file questionnaires.Special education teachers in Sichuan Province sent out questionnaires and296 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS 20.0 software and AMOS 20.0 software were used to analyze the survey data.Finally,the data of special education teachers psychological contract scale and turnover intention scale were analyzed by difference analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and research conclusions were drawn.Based on the conclusions,how to reduce the turnover intention of special education teachers was discussed.f this paper.The results show that the general level of special education teacher psychological contract is relatively high;the general degree of special education teachers' turnover intentionis relatively low;the psychological contract and turnover intention of special education teachers are moderately correlated;in demographic differences,the psychological contract of special education teachers is related to gender,age,preparation,salary,teaching age,educational background,professional title,school,student type,and demographic characteristics.There are significant differences in marital status and type of work;there are significant differences in the turnover intention of special education teachers in gender,age,teaching age,educational background,professional title and marital status,but there are no significant differences in the factors of establishment,school,student type,salary and type of work;the dimensions of school responsibility and teacher responsibility can be regarded as the dimensions.The variables predicting turnover intention and psychological contract negatively affect turnover intention.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for special schools to establish teachers psychological contract files,form a "people-oriented" management mode and strengthen communication,and for special education teachers to strengthen their professional identity and cultivate their own sense of ownership.
