In the article, author adopted the methods of documentary data, the experimentation method, the observation methos, the contrast method, to analyze the sport workload and the HiHiLo, which serve for the female middle-distance race athlete. Draw the following conclusions:1. Same physiological change both in the HiHiLo and the traditional altitude trainingFrom the analysis of the blood sample of the HiHiLo, the effect of the HiHiLo can be found, which is generally same with the altitude training. it is pointed out that the effect of the training method of the HiHiLo is same with the altitude training .2. as for the traditional altitude training, the HiHiLo more suit for training before competitionBoth the HiHiLo and the altitude training are used to train athletes before the competition, but the training before the competition needs rather intensity than the normal, the traditional altitude training can't get it, however the HiHiLo can entirely. HiHiLo can't only affect the physiological change of the body, but also can do the exercise of the high intensity. Therefore, HiHiLo is a good method of the training before competition.3. the main advantages of HiHiLo are to improve sport intensity effectively and promote athlete refreshmentHiHiLo improved the sport intensity because of its plain training. Compare to the traditional altitude training, the circumstance of the training isn't changed, it greatly alleviated the dread mind of the altitude of the athlete, and the refreshment of the plain training better than the altitude, consequently improved the quality of the training .4. The advice that pay attention to refreshment much moreDuring the doing experiment, it is found out that the method of the refreshment for the athlete is very simple and single. The method of refreshment for the athlete is mostly traditional self-relief and massage, moreover these aren't done by some of the athlete yet, what's more, and it wasted the time of the plain refreshment. It is suggested: use comprehensive refreshment methods, during the training, to removing the sport tiredness brought by the training of the high intensity and improving the quality of training.5. Suggest that adopting physiological target control and evaluate sport effectDuring the doing experiment, the only blood sample is analyzed, what's more, this analysis is only one time every week. The fitness of this training isn't quantitative analysis because this experiment doesn't analyze the effect of the training just like the national swimming team who evaluate the train effect bye analyzing the blood lactic acid every day. It is advised that adopting all kind of the blood sample–the blood lactic acid , the blood carbamide, the blood testosterone and so on– to analyze the effect of the training better than adopting the one blood sample.
