Recitation teaching methods is our traditional teaching methods, since the modern Chinese language become an independent subject, although experts advocate, but on the whole tends to weaken. Since the new curriculum reform, recitation teaching is once again paid attention, but simplified operation is still universal phenomenon from the implementation of the status quo, scientific explanations and scientific applications strategy has not been found.Based Language Learning psychology theory, this paper tries to explore the psychological mechanisms and psychological process of recitation learning and to read explain the function of recitation teaching from the language of cognitive regulations and the Schema language of generation. The preliminary description is obtained: recitation is a process to depend on repeatedly on multiple audio to strengthen Schema language, it can strengthen the overall Schema language, so that the language learners absorb language. So why recitation teaching helps Chinese accumulation of students, helps improve memory, helps students understand, and contributes to new knowledge of the causes.According to this understanding, this paper discusses recitation teaching strategies how to achieve these mechanisms to implement these functions, the paper considers that in a variety of specific recitation teaching methods , three basic strategies should be paid attention : that is, to join together recitation and thought and language output , to join together recitation and sentiment and unify, to join together recitation and thinking, understanding, to shake off the kind of simplistic, machinery to read and recite the operation of a back flow. These strategies, in fact, already reflected in the number of teachers teaching practice, as far as possible, this paper will select some recitation teaching typical cases to illustrate the teaching.Faced with the new standards for language learning courses and the new requirements: accumulation, integration, feelings, appreciation, thinking, understanding, application, development, discovery, innovation, recitation teaching should play the comprehensive advantages to achieve these requirements. And this advantage to play will depend on our understanding of the laws of teaching reading, depends on the building suitable for the actual recitation teaching strategies and methods.
