Beijing New It Teachers' It Literacy Study

At present, Educational Informationization is in development swift and violent in our country, IT brings the more and more important role into play in teaching. In Beijing ,the teachers who often use IT in school, no one knows the level about information literacy. Especially participating in the IT teacher who works just now, person have not carried out systematic research about their information literacy. But, these teachers are important participator and main executive in Educational Informationization in Beijing.. Their information literacy has decided the educational informationization degree in Beijing .In educational informationization process, the hardware is the foundation, the educational source is the core, uses IT in school is the purpose, and the teachers ,who often use IT in school, is the key. I study their information literacy ,and find the basic material for their professional development; On the other hand, I study their information literacy in order to find the problem in their works .And I have given them my suggestion for the problem so that they can participate in school educational works alll-around. In the end , I will give them my recommendations about what they can do in the educational informationization in Beijing. I hope they can find the suitable position in their school , and have a more expansive space for their sustainable development...
