| Learning difficulty is a relative phenomenon as well as a definite existence at any school, which is caused by students themselves, schools, society and other aspects. Learning difficulty is a definition that is different from the usual one—bad students. The latter refers not only students who are poor at academic study but also with problems of personal characters. In teaching practice, this definition does no good for the effort to change these students, meanwhile, it does harms to them in psychological way, because it contains prejudice is some way. But when we talk about learning difficulty, we only refer to those students with difficulties in academic study or who are only poor in some certain subjects.Because of the Chinese entrance examination system, the separation of learning and practice, job hunting difficulty, poor moral level of school teachers, the absence of adolescent education, single way teaching method, the disconnection between the education of different ages, as well as the poor management of Chinese educational administration system, family value preference, university enrollment rule, middle school value preference and students' own reasons, there comes the learning difficulty problem..We believe that we can improve those students with learning difficulty, if we can change the evaluation standard, change the value preference of schools and families, improve students' learning environment, improve our teaching method and make students learn with confidence.This research employs the methods of questionnaire and interview, in this way we get solid support to the employment of the causes to learning difficulty, and get the statistics on the motivation, learning method, mood of students with learning difficulty.In solving the phenomenon of learning difficulty, our methods are as the following: improve the evaluation system, change value preference of education, improve the way schools organize teaching, improve students learning environment and make student be confident. |
