The current elementary education reform has two main sides: one is theinformation project of education, the other is the reform project of the elementaryeducation curriculum. The conjoint aims of these is the union between informationapplication and the curriculum teaching. Therefore, how to use the informationtechnology effectively is the urgent problem and very significative. This thesismainly conducts the research how to add the information technology to the artteaching and learning in the network environment for elementary school,ameliorates and composes the instructing and learning mode, This paper can bedivided into five major portions:First chapter: analyzes the background of network teaching developing, thepresent situation of this question, and clarified the main research content andthe significance.Second chapter: it expatiates the main content of the construction theoryand art curriculum reform theory and the multiple intelligences theory.Third chapter: according to the authors instructing experiences, constructsthe principle interacting theory about the information technology application andthe art curriculum teaching, analyzes its limitation and sufficiency, actuallyproposes the arts teaching pattern based on the special arts teaching websiteeducational model.Fourth chapter: introduces the special arts teaching website designprinciple, explores the arts teaching design principles based on the arts teachingwebsite for elementary school, and has some examples reaching and teachingexperience for adding the arguments.Fifth chapter: Carries on the analysis to the empirical datum in networkeducational model, summarizes the questions appeared in the teaching practices.
