With the gradual popularity of secondary education in china,the number of the students admitted to the senior high school is increasing, the diversity is more obvious among the group of students, especially for the maths. If ingnoing different levels and abilities of the students, and applying continuously the same methods which meet with the same demands from the same teaching materials, this activity can't fit the whole student. Regardless of the diversity among the students, without carrying out the principle"suitable instruction to a student's level", we must be faced up with the polarization of the students, which is bad for the full development of the students. It leads to the heavy burden for the students in learning and psychology,and the teaching quality can't be improved completely.
