With the features social economy development-guided and the forefront of production-oriented,the occupation education is an education form which combine the most closely withthe development of social economy.Occupation education’goal is to train high-qualityworkers and technical talents, skilled laborers and all kinds of technical personnel,management personnel. In recent years, on the basis of foreign advanced education,teachingtheory and the current actual situation in our country, occupation education researchers andteachers find out a set of localization of the teaching mode called "integration" teachingmodel”, which focus on the teaching methods and classroom, has made some achievementafter lot of practice and research. At present, the employment stability is poor for thevocational college graduates and graduates can only engage in the operation work.Compared with the professional skills, the enterprise focus on the self-determination andsense of responsibility, cooperating with others, the ability to communicate with people,theability to collect information to integrate resource. Therefore, the cultivation of students’comprehensive occupation ability is the core of the occupation education. Throughout heChinese research on the integrated teaching and comprehensive occupation ability, myriadscholars have discussed, but this paper considers whether integrated teaching mode orcomprehensive occupation ability, the stance is to improve the current teaching quality andenhance students’ employment ability, therefore besides others researchers’ achievements andideas,this paper add the occupation ability training into the integrate teaching and make depthanalysis both in the theory and the concrete implementation,thereby forming a moresystematic context.This paper takes the basic principle and the curriculum theory of occupation education asa guide, with human-centered development in a comprehensive way as the guiding ideology,profits from the domestic and foreign occupation education’s new theoretical research resultsand practical experience, combined with the comprehensive occupation ability of Baoji area,put forward integration teaching model and elaborate on the aspects of course system,textbook compilation, teaching methods, teaching evaluation and demonstrates the scientificof education integration and proves the importance of realizing the target of talent trainingskills. Firstly, this paper takes the employment as the guidance, analyze the problem ofChina’s existing integration mode, then collect and analyze the data regarding the mode of teaching at home and abroad and comprehensive occupation ability training,discuss how thecomprehensive occupation ability training play the important role,defines and states theconcept of integrated teaching and comprehensive occupation ability.Finally this paper takesthe major of mold manufacturing technology in Baoji Technician College as a case study, Onthe basis of the modern pedagogy, psychology theory, carry out the design scheme ofintegrated teaching and discussed in the aspect of the course, teaching methods, teachers’construction, the evaluation way and construction of practice base, mainly elaborated on theimplementation process and obtained results, realized the acquisition of professional skillsand promoted the comprehensive occupation ability. The implementation of integratedteaching method proposed in this paper, has a certain popularization value in teaching reformin vocational colleges and can improve the poor teaching effect of the occupation education atpresent and the poor satisfaction from the enterprise and the inadequate social adaptationability.In the mean time,in the theoretical level of occupation education, the integratedteaching model is enriched both in intrinsic and extrinsic.
