At present, the Chinese society entered a new period of socialist modernization construction. Along with the continuous development of China's society, and education reform are also constantly adapt to the new requirements of social development, the third basic education curriculum reform is an orderly start. Quality education is the teaching of the basic direction of reform, the quality of the core of education is to cultivate high-quality personnel, it is social development of education and teaching basic requirement. And the quality of people mainly in the spiritual realm, cultural attainment and work ability. These three areas are largely high school history teaching and have a close relationship.Hebei Province is nearby the Beijing and Tianjin city, but its education level of development is far behind neighboring Beijing,Tianjin,and other developed cities.
