The failure of educational refrom has been attributed to teacher’s resistance for a long period of time. But in fact,the main reason for teacher’s resistance is subjective reality imposed by educational reform.The subjective reality of teacher is determined by the essence of eductional reform.The more intense reform is,the more resistance will be.The reality,however,is that the disappointment of school education will lead to intense restructuring educational reform from reformer.The new curriculum reform is such a good example,which is an unusual educational reform in restructuring reform movement.That is to say, the characters of educational reform shape teacher’s subjective reality.A better and scientific design is needed for the success of educational reform. Unfortunately,reformers didn’t pay due attention on educational reform design and the lack of study on what kind of educaitonal design is scientific and resonable is a big problem.This theis focus on such a problem:the reasonable design of educational reform.The four criterions-Scope and Complexity Foucus and Clarity、Desirability and Feasibility-are concluded form systemic study and analysis.This thesis is arranged as follows:Chapter one:The put of criterions for educational reform design. Two pespectives for resonable reform desin are concluded from the charaters of educaional reform and the relationship between reform movement and reformer. Four criterions are derived form those pespectives.Chapter two:We make a judgement on refactoring reform and illustrate the essence of four proposed criterions.The critical requriment in refactoring reform is analysed detailedly. Chapter three:The rationality of new curriculum reform is checked based on four proposed criterions.Chapter four:The innovative proposals for educational reform design are presented.Based on the anaylises above,several improved advices are presented on reform design.The reform from reformer should be pratical and reliable.The reform should be processed gradually and moderately.The rationality or not of educational reform design has a dirrectly and deeply infuluence on teacher’s subjective reality.The only way to get real support from teacher in educational reform is to make a moderate complexity,clear focus and target and practical reform design.
