While too much attention to the scale and profit as well as negligence to the construction of connotation lead to the weakness and deficiency of campus culture. Campus culture, which is the crucial factor of independent college's core competitive strength, influence and educate people on the campus in its own ways; it is the indispensable and important strength to for the independent college to cultivate high-quality talents. At present, the independent college's school-running characteristics and current developing situations make the campus culture construction be confronted with new phase and new opportunities, which needs to develop train of thought. Therefore, the construction of independent college's campus culture is of urgency, importance, contemporary and validity.
