Study On Core Competitiveness Promotion Strategy Of NKBH Independent College

After education has been proposed in the direction of modernization,facing the world,and facing the future,China's education has clearly defined its goals and the reforms are deepening.The birth of the independent college has become a new force for China's higher education and has assumed the responsibility of cultivating "applied"talent for the society.The independent college uses a privately-run mechanism to optimize the allocation of higher education resources through the market.This is an innovation for China's higher education.It has positive significance for improving the development level of higher education in China and realizing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.At the same time,it has the excellent educational resources of the parent colleges and universities,and it also absorbs social funds,which plays a positive role in expanding the resources of higher education and promoting the coordinated development of public and private higher education.With the competition in the higher education market further aggravated,the theory of core competence began to be introduced into the study of the development of higher education schools.However,due to the development of independent colleges and related theoretical studies in China for a short period of time,the rapid prosperity of independent colleges cannot hide their disadvantageous position in the fierce competition,as well as the unclear ideas for running schools and the limited funding sources in the development process.The fact that there are a series of problems such as weak teacher resources,lack of specialization in professional settings,and lack of development potentiality.Meanwhile,domestic research on the core competitiveness of independent colleges is still relatively weak.Therefore,it becomes an urgent problem both in theory and practice for independent colleges on how to form their core competence and to further maintain their advantages in the market of higher education.Based on the core competence theory,this article discusses the development course,connotation features and problems of independent colleges.Taking the NKBH College as an example,through comparative analysis and research,the problems and competitive trends in the development of independent colleges in China are pointed out.The reasons for restricting the development of independent colleges.Finally,provided suggestions and conclusions for building the core competitiveness of independent colleges.
