Algorithm is an ancient concept, with the development of computational science , algorithm has become more and more important . The idea of Algorithm has already become a mathematical quality for modern citizens. In many developed countries , Algorithm has become an important part in senior high school teaching . In 2003,《The Mathematics Curriculum Stand of High School》began to be carried on in our country, and algorithm has appeared in the text-books of high school mathematics.With the continuous implement of the new curriculum, the problem of"teaching and learning"has been drawing people's attention .Because Algorithm is comparatively unfamiliar to high school teachers of mathematics, and there is no experience we can learn, so we meet challenges in all aspects in our teaching. Referring to Bloom's theory of Taxonomy of Education objectives , This research has a foothold to practice in the algorithm teaching, which started from the characteristics of the primer knowledge and teaching objectives analysis . the study began based on scientific analysising students'study foundation and cognition characteristics,the study is trying to find a usefull teaching methods.In the process of study, we first combed the Algorithm concept, then applied Taxonomy of Education Objectives Theory to locate the teaching objectives of algorithm from the knowledge dimension and the cognition dimension .Then design detailed teaching process:According to all the knowledge involved in the teaching objects. We established sub- target necessary for the total-target.Our next step is to arrange teaching methods according to knowledge characteristics and Mathematics Curriculum Stand , So that teaching activities are properly arranged. Finally, experiment research was carried out to test the teaching result by means of teaching practice.The main conclusion of the study are as follows:Firstly, The teaching strategy of Taxonomy of Education Objectives can improve teaching and learning of Algorithm obviously.Secondly, the idea of Algorithm should be concerned in the process of Algorithm learning, and the training of technique should be concerned much too. Thirdly, teachers should pay attention to the selection of examples for Algorithm teaching and stiring up the interest of students, so that the students can understand the idea of Algorithm step by step on the base of simple and interesting examples.The main idea of the teaching strategy is to make the students experience the process of congniting, imitating,understanding,anlysising, using and evaluating.
