Along with the development of the social economy, it becomes more and more remarkable that different subjects are overlapping and infiltrating mutually. many subjects' infiltrating into other subjects makes the essence of sports known further, which has formed some development tendencies and hot research spots of the modern sports. The question of sports technicalization has now already became a popular research topic in the world and has stepped onto a multi-channeled practicing stage.Which has an obvious characteristic of sports technicalization is the electrooptical technology, the manual stopwatch which the referee always used was replaced by in thel972's Olympic Games photoelectricity technology and the most outstanding representative is usage of the electronic range finder technology in that Olympic Games. The "Hi-tech Olympics" concept generated from that is some kind of a typical manifestation of sports technicalization. From the technical philosophy angle, this article carried on a discussion to the question of sports technicalization. In this article, the author at first explained the sports technicalization's connotation, characteristic and historical evolution. According to the technicalization's definition, the sports technicalization could be simply defined like this: The technological construction process of the modern sports, or to speak more precisely the modern sports conducts an objective process of self- reconstruct according to the technical rule. The two core factors of sports technicalization are the sports' technical benefit and the unfolded humanity's unceasing self-surpassing value beared by sports. The sports technicalization is by no means got done in one action, it is a continually historical evolution process. The author takes modern Olympic Games as an example, pointing out that the modern technology's application on the modern Olympic Games has three basic steps: the time of technical assistance, the time of technical support and the time of technical dependence. With the evolution of these three different historical stages, the role of the modern technology has also experienced a fundamental transformation.The next, the author has raised the influence and the predicament of sports' technicalization. On the one hand, the widely used modern technology has promoted the athletics sports and the populace sports' development, the humanity has also obtained the maximum satisfaction in surmounting people's own limit. On the other hand the development situation of the sports technicalization indicate that, the technical rule has already become the most authoritative thing in the sports .The technical idea - only the result which was standardized, quantified and can be accurately surveyed was objective . Thus, the people can not but be compelled to obey the technical authority and completes the sports movement under the frame and the restraint from the technical rule, becoming the appendant of the technical rules. Thus the person was made as a figurehead, causing the sports technology to fall into in all sorts of difficult situations. That is mainly expressed in the absence of main role of the person, the destruction of fair competition spirit, the intensifying of sports injuries and the flood of the stimulant phenomenon.A rational analysis to the sports technicalization indicates that the essence of the modern sports technology's difficult position is the technical disassimilation, but the difficult position of sports technicalization roots from the surpass of limits of person's main role, the exceeding of technical application limitation as well as the expansion of sports rationality. Therefore it is necessary for us to carry on the new constructing of the developing pattern of modern sports technology. The author attempted to carry on constructing the developing pattern of modern sports technology from two aspects; The first aspect is the value of the sports ethics; (1) remoulding sports ethics value idea; (2) establishing behavioral standards of the realization of the sports ethics value; (3) promoting the establishment of the sports ethics value's appraisal system. The second aspect is the technical application; (1) establishing the basic principle of the technical application, promoting the technology's return to rationale;(2)making fundamental transformation of the contest rule reasonably.
