Public Sports Developing Pattern Research Base On Self-organized Theory

Physical condition of the whole population is not only the basic foundation of a promising nation but also indicate how developed a country is, it is also the key element for the rising of the Chinese Republic in the world. Since the establishment of the new Chinese Republic, government emphasizes a lot on the generalization and development of the public sports. A series of regulations has been issued to help it. Recently, the developing of the public sports functions a lot in increasing the percentage and the health state of the sports-population.Despite the breakthrough in the sports area, we are still facing the quality problem exposed behind the developing of the public sports. This problem is the being-organized situation within the sports system which can be reflected by the increasing in the population joining sports versus more than that decreasing in the sports quality, time and the unit movement area. Moreover, some of the races and activities rely too much on the manpower and economic support of government in which situation the operational mode is almost impossible to be built. From all those can we know the lack of the self-mobilization and vitality is the main reason. Our public sports system is facing a mess, chaotic or even inverse-developing situation without the support of the government. Compare to Taiwan, affected by European country, we can see more willingness for people to participate into sports activities which can be described as self-organized administration in an operational pattern. The concept of self-organized sports system which raised late 20 s has perfectly reflected in Taiwan sports system. In order to form this kind of features, we need to discuss the relationship between individual, group, and organizations, as well as how they interact one another. From the inside out to make it from disorganized to well-regulated.Stones from other hills may serve to polish jade,you can see the comparison of the developing pattern between main land and Taiwan, through this comparison we can take the model in Taiwan as the reference to explore a more reasonable path for us to go. I am applying literature digging,experts interviewing and system analysing method to look deeper into the internal of public sports system in Taiwan, to unfold the fundamental difference in the investment, development and organizing. And base on those key relational factors,change the most basic stuff to help the operation and function of the cooperation of community, market and government. Finally realize the situation that more self-mobilization within public and less interference from government.
