The new "standard language courses"point to "actively promote autonomy, cooperation, and explore ways of learning" new concept of the language courses . in particular, it emphasized that "students are the masters of language learning," therefore, how to read the language of teaching students in the implementation of the autonomy language of teaching and research is an important issue. Research from the resent situation, the language classroom of students how to play the autonomy of the issues, although this has attracted widespread attention, but the autonomy of the teaching and reading still have a lot of space. To enable autonomy in the direction of teaching and reading more clear, more specific measures, the paper mainly from the point of view of the implementation of the autonomy of the key elements of teaching and reading and the role of the teachers.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is about the autonomy of the content of teaching and reading and theoretical basis. Clarify the beginning of an independent, autonomous and independent reading of the meaning of the connotation of teaching and reading, and then introduced the autonomy of the support that the theoretical basis of teaching and reading, including the people of learning theory, the theory of constructivism, the principal education theory, accepted aesthetics theory, the theory of reading theory and the materialist dialectics, which is the language of a high degree of autonomy for the teaching and reading and provided strong evidence.The second part describes the implementation of autonomy in the necessity of teaching and reading. The first part of the traditional languages of the drawbacks of teaching and reading, including the poor reading ability of students, classroom inefficient; text interpretation of the test tend to understand a single theme; curriculum evaluation of these four aspects of a single goal. Then students from the perspective of psychological development needs of the implementation of autonomy in the psychological basis for teaching and reading, at the end of life-long education and build learning the needs of the community background of the times, expounded on the implementation of autonomy in the necessity of teaching and reading.The third part is independent of the characteristics of teaching and reading and its principles. This part of self-teaching and reading of the past, the traditional language teaching and reading compared to the uniqueness of their own department. That the autonomy of the teaching and reading that the initiative of the learning process, the independence of the learning process, the discovery of the learning process and the opening of the learning process. Then emphasized that the implementation of autonomy in teaching and reading must be upheld in a number of principles.The fourth part is part of the implementation of the teaching and reading. The article is part of the focus of the exposition. From the implementation of the key elements of the role of teachers and the autonomy of the two aspects of teaching and reading to a new line of thought, and put forward their point of view. Some of the major part of this paper is the top priority, including the creation of an atmosphere to inspire interest in reading; after the first school to promote reading the original ecosystem; fully read and trigger deep thinking; deep exploration, upgrade independent reading ability; rewritten text, deepening independent reading ability; network reading, independent reading horizons; expand evaluation feedback, concerning the teaching process. Under the new curriculum concepts of language teaching and reading must be updated concept of requiring teachers to themselves the role of re-positioning. Reading from the text of this paper, the precursor of the creation of the reading experience, the process of reading the guide, better ability to read, to cultivate the habit of reading in five aspects, elaborated on the new concept of autonomy of the courses in the teaching and reading ,teachers should assume the role.
