The General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out profoundly: "Teachers are the key to the success of ideological and political theory courses,Teachers of ideological and political education should guide students to buckle up the first button in life.The ideological and political quality of college students in the new era determines the future of the country.The teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities are guiders and directors of college students' quality.However,at present,the role positioning of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities is role awareness weak,role conflict and role quality low,all resulting in low effectiveness of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper takes the role of teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era as the research object,in order to have a scientific and reasonable positioning of the role of teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era from theory and practice,so as to provide guidance for the role theory of teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era.Actively enable teachers to successfully realize their roles and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in the new era.The body of this paper is divided into five chapters,as follows:The first chapter mainly includes the purpose and significance of the research on the role positioning of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,current research status at home and abroad,research methods and main contents,research difficulties and innovation.The second chapter is the basic part of the paper,which mainly combs and analyzes the theoretical origin of the role positioning of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.Firstly,the concept definition to the new era,the role of teachers and the role of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities precedes theoretical analysis.After that,the theoretical basis of the role of teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is expounded,and the research basis of the role of teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era is analyzed from three aspects: the theoretical basis of Marxism,the sinicization of Marxism on the theory of teachers in the course of ideological and political theory direction,the reference of Confucian traditional educational thought,and the theoretical reference of other related subjects.Chapter three is a comprehensive analysis of the role of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities in the present,a detailed analysis of the role of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities,the role of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities,and the role of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities and the current situation and positioning reasons.Through the questionnaire analysis of the status quo of the role of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,this paper points out the main problems,and finds out the main reasons for the weakening the role after sorting out and analyzing.Based on the role analysis of the previous part,the fourth chapter studies the construction of the role positioning theory for teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities in the new era,which is also the innovation of this paper.This paper summarizes and concludes the construction theory of the role orientation of teachers in ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in the new era from the following five aspects: principles,objectives,contents,methods and approaches.Chapter five focuses on the analysis and study of the practical strategies of the role positioning of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.The main content of this section discusses the path of practice positioning from five aspects,new era of ideological and political theory course teachers will be the motivators of innovative ideology,cultivating soul and educating people,the successors of the traditional culture,the popularizes of scientific theory,the facilitators of innovation,the most important part of the paper is to hope to actively promote the ideological and political theory course teachers into the role and achieve role.This is also the focus of this paper.
