This study was to observe the recorded text role-playing games as the starting point, to 110 parts by role-playing games to collect observation records, of which 100 are parts of the existing text of observations, 10 parts to generate the observed and recorded text. Through the collected Role Games observations text objects, aspects, Record content, analysis and support policy, teacher action trajectory, teachers focus were analyzed to understand the current situation observed and recorded kindergarten teachers reveals preschool teachers write characteristics observed and recorded text, problems in education and propose appropriate recommendations.Text-based study found that the role of kindergarten teachers to write the whole game observations showed the following characteristics: more focus on "the role of children’s consciousness" and "social, language areas"; more "after recording"; Multi-doping judgmental language; more general describe the behavior of children, concerned about the "results"; on the "experience" to talk about the reasons; support for the proposed strategy focused on how to improve the "role-playing ability of young children," and so on.Write role of kindergarten teachers also observed and recorded the game there is a problem: From the observations overall, teachers heavy social, language art, neglect of health sciences; teacher re-cognition, ignoring quality early learning and emotional experience; teachers observed the lack of "children perspective ", ignoring individual differences; teachers how to write characters observed and recorded the game is not clear. From observations of the "target" to establish the point of view, is not strong sense of purpose, single and ignore emotional goals. From observations of the "Record Content" point of view, the language "not true", the content is not fine. From the observations of "Analysis and Support Strategy" point of view, one-sided analysis, limitations, and arbitrary support policy simplification.In view of this, the paper recommends starting from the kindergarten teachers and two levels, including kindergarten transition related systems, optimization of role-playing games were recorded format, and actively carry out observations of role-playing games and research activities of the training or the garden. In terms of teachers, focusing on the concept of children change teachers, meditation attentively "see" children.
