Use Of Multimedia Students Creative Thinking Ability

The 21^st century is a time of appreciating creativity. The creative ability is considered to be essential to human resource. Educators are supposed to conduct the teaching activities with the aim of cultivating the creative ability of students. The research on the teaching mode of cultivating the creative ability of students by using the modern educational technologies including multimedia has great value in the education of new century.Based on the creative thinking theory, constructivist learning theory and content-oriented teaching theory, the thesis tries to construct a teaching mode for cultivating the creative ability of students with the assistance of multimedia. The teaching mode is also expected to regulate the conductions of teaching and experiment by the means of investigation, interview and test etc. The result of the experiment demonstrates that multimedia plays a great role in the student's cultivation of creative ability. Meanwhile, this thesis also proves that the intimate cooperation between teacher and students and the assistance of traditional teaching methods are also necessary.
