Based On Case Studies Of Modern Hermeneutic Method-oriented Information Technology Professional Development Of Teachers

As one of the most effective philosophy thoughts, hermeneutics is a kind of science about comprehension and interpretation, which relates to many domains such as literature,sociology pedagogy and so on. The inter-effect within different domain conducts new sub-disciplines, such as literary hermeneutics,sociology hermeneutics,pedagogy hermeneutics and so on. Hermeneutics has become a theory and practice of inter-discipline. In the effort of great philosophy, hermeneutics experienced six stages in the western world as follows: Bible Hermeneutics, Philological Hermeneutics, Gerneral Hermeneutics, Hermeneutics of Human Studies, Actual Hermeneutics and Philosophy Hermeneutics, Textual Hermeneutics. There are distinctive characteristics of their own in the course of their development. What' s more, they have different ways and views in interpretation, which become components of modern hermeneutics.Modern hermeneutics supply a new thoughts style and theory support for the qualitative research in teacher professional development. Qualitative researches are researches on human being. The goal of qualitative researches is to obtain a meaning by comprehension and interpretation, which are the theoretic premises of qualitative research. At the point of mean' s reconstruction, qualitative research is based of hermeneutic theory.This paper tries to integrate the methods of hermeneutics into qualitative research when we do research about teacher professional development, tries to apply a more meaning way for text analysis,understanding,interpretation and displaying. The methods of hermeneutics provide reference at two level of methodology and specific methods. We melt the methods of hermeneutics and methods of qualitative research, conduct a visual scope melting, which help understand and display text materials from interview.Modern hermeneutics is also a practice philosophy. It practice wisdom perspective gives us a new recognize of practice, practice is the real mean of comprehension. The final goal of this paper is to gain the practice mean. So, this paper begins an attempt to analyses,understanding and interpreting the inner mean of the serial interview materials.
